Danish is a 6 years old son of single mother Sarwar Jahan. Before 2 Years her husband has left her and remarries to another woman. Now she is living with her parents at K-469 MCD School Welcome Delhi. Her father has limited income resources and sarwar has to earn her own for danish and herself. She work from home for a ladies boutique on per piece basis and earns about Rs 150 per day.

By birth Danish is suffering with Arterial Septal Defect. Doctor at G.B Pant Hospital New Delhi has advised for ASD device closure. The treatment is costs for Rs. 88840/- (Rs. 63840/- for ASD device closure & Rs. 25000/-for supportive care) which is nearly unbelievable for Sanwar to arrange this amount.
