Mr. Dinesh Kumar Tiwari (Treasurer) has done B.Sc. and currently working with PerkinElmer as Director Sales & Marketing – India & South Asia & focused on improving human and environmental health, for the better. & helping scientists, clinicians and governments detect earlier and more accurately to improve the health and safety of people and the environment. He is very social by nature from his childhood, he has participated many social events while he was in Bharat Scouts and Guide and NCC. He took NGO services out of his passion. While he is in the service he manages to take out his valuable time on holidays to serve society. He is very fond of learning various languages and knows various Indian languages. He is associated with developing various professional who are also very successful in their career.

Meenu is a coach, caregiver, counselor and chef, all rolled into one and our rock star strategy & scaling up coach. In her 10 years of experience with us she used simple strategies to steer our organization and individuals towards goal assessment, actualization and growth. She looks after the fundraising & operations team at PSF. Helping build our resources on two fronts-people and funding. She is passionate about building partnerships that facilitate growth. She brings her rich knowledge and experience to optimize our financial operations so that we deliver maximum impact to children and value to our donors. Meenu presciently work responsibility for HR & Admin Directer. To quote her “I pledge to provide social services and create a better world for underprivileged”

Highly driven social worker graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Christ University, Bengaluru, having three years of progressive experience in various NGO's. I started my career with the startup NGO called Hope torch based out in Bangalore after that made a shift to Kotak Education Foundation in Mumbai and then Deepalaya, Delhi. Now, I have been working with Parivartan Sandesh Foundation for underprivileged. It has been a relentless work to gain knowledge in the key areas – Monitoring and Evaluation, Program and Client Management. I have a proven ability to combine vision, passion and strong social work acumen in providing a better social environment to the underprivileged. A good part of my learning curve has been spent in understanding Existential-Humanistic Psychology, one of my primary areas of interests. I have held a significant focus on communication and Partnerships in the Development sector.

Mrs. Kiran Gupta ( M.Com, M.Ed) having 20 year experience in educational field. My philosophy for learning is that each child is unique, and each child learns in a different way. One of my jobs as a teacher is to help the children to discover their individuality and work alongside with them to maximize it. I believe in hands-on experiences, learning creatively. Since I was in college, I used to work as a volunteer with NSS, NCC and different educational institutes to help the needy students. To fulfill my aim in extended way, I have joined Parivartan Sandesh Foundation.

Jyoti is one of our senior members. She has done M.A & M.Sc in computer science and amassed a great amount of knowledge and experience to deal with children while from last 10 years she is working as a Computer Teacher. she brings with her many years of experience and knowledge. From last many years she is serving poor children and teaching them without fee. And she has worked as volunteer with local social organisation in the past. Jyoti plays a large part in helping shape of poor children at Parivartan Sandesh Foundation.

Pradeep is a graduated with a Bsc degree from Delhi University. He also holds a diploma level qualification for printing & publishing. From 2006 he is working with APTARA and handling process of publishing media. Because of his desire to overcome social disorders, he used to be involved in every social drive conduct by the collage. To fulfil his craving to support the underprivileged from last three years he is a active member of Inderdhanush Project work for health & survival

Mr. Kapil Dev (CSR & Grant Manager) has done MBA , he is working with PSF from last 6 years and have nearly 12 years of full time experience in program/ project coordination, training & development and policy implementation with NGOs; Domain expertise: Rural Health, Child education & Health, Rural Empowerment & Development. With Expertise in delivering magnificent formulation of content for training programs, which involved thorough understanding of the focus of the program, research & development of training content, and designing interactive modules.

Dr. Jayanti Prakash is an accomplished professional with experience in leading CSR and NGO sector projects in various states of India. She has expertise in the area of early childhood education, elementary education and skill development and has lead several large scale projects. Dr. Jayanti is a committed and proactive professional with ability to provide leadership, strategic direction, create a collaborative work environment and lead teams to successfully implement the vision and objectives of the organization. She has contributed successfully to projects with her skills in with impact monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, stakeholder management, fundraising and resource allocation through a result oriented approach.

She has worked with government, international non-government organizations and CSRs like Tech Mahindra Foundation, UNICEF, Save the Children, Learning Links Foundation, National University Education Planning and Administration, Centre for Early Childhood Education and Development, and Ministry of Women and Child Development. She has been associated with Parivartan Sandesh Foundation from past many years and has provided guidance for conceptualization and strategic implementation of various projects on education, skill development and health programs of the organization.

Dr. Prakash has a doctorate degree from University of Delhi and her PhD research was based on education. She possesses a postgraduate degree in Child Development from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi.

Jitender Sharma has done MCA from Apeejay Institute of Managment, Jalandhar in 2008. He has over 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Website Development. Working for the web design, social media and digital marketing of Parivartan Sandesh Foundation from last five years.

Nisha is an experienced hand at nonprofit, she is having interest in education, health, livelihood and capacity building.She brings her positive energy and attitude to our operations, CSR, fundraising, marketing, PR and donor service. She associated with us from last 6 years, earlier she worked with civil societies like Save The Children and Cuddles Foundation. She brings her rich knowledge and experience to optimize our financial operations so that we deliver maximum impact to children and value to our donors. Overseeing expansion, Nisha is helping us take our services to the most needy areas across the country while keeping a check on the wellbeing of our programs. In PSF, she launched two campaigns Padne Dein aur Badne Dein and My Daughter My Pride.She is having soft corner for underprivileged, deprived and marginalized population of our society.

Sanjay Choudhary Founder and Managing Director of Beats, Light & Sound Pvt. Ltd is an Advisory Committee Member and part-time resource person with work experience of over 14 years in the public dealing. He possesses exceptional leadership qualities and has the resources to motivate and mobilize people over an issue and plan to execute training programs with special emphasis on women empowerment. Parivartan Sandesh Foundation has immensely benefited from his many contributions to address social issue. In this direction, he has been handling multiple areas related to public affairs, management and emergency relief activities.

Satish Kumar is an experienced person having 5 years of working experience for doing Psf support. Satish Kumar has done his education in Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com). He brings his positive energy and attitude to our retail and corporate fundraising service. He is very social by nature & always had a vision to serve the society.
