Mr. Mukesh Garg

Mr. Mukesh Garg has done MA (History) and also done an professional course in Marketing and Sales. He has over 10 Years of professional experience .His last corporate assignment was in-charge of Delhi operations in save the children where he use to manage the call centre for fund raising. Before join the Save the Children he gain ten year experience in Banking Sector. He is very social by nature right from his childhood and has a dream to serve the society while he was in his job. To serve the society he also worked with Parivar Kalyan Kendra, New Delhi. He always had a vision to be associated with a NGO and to do well for the needy people. During his stint he has tied up with various govt. hospitals to get the patient operated who was suffering from ventricular septal defect. He has a vision to run a hospital under an NGO where free treatment can be given to the needy people.

Meenu is a coach, caregiver, counselor and chef, all rolled into one and our rock star strategy & scaling up coach. In her 10 years of experience with us she used simple strategies to steer our organization and individuals towards goal assessment, actualization and growth. She looks after the fundraising & operations team at PSF. Helping build our resources on two fronts-people and funding. She is passionate about building partnerships that facilitate growth. She brings her rich knowledge and experience to optimize our financial operations so that we deliver maximum impact to children and value to our donors. Meenu presciently work responsibility for HR & Admin Directer. To quote her “I pledge to provide social services and create a better world for underprivileged”
Dinesh Kumar Tiwari

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Tiwari (Treasurer) has done B.Sc. and currently working with PerkinElmer as Director Sales & Marketing – India & South Asia & focused on improving human and environmental health, for the better. & helping scientists, clinicians and governments detect earlier and more accurately to improve the health and safety of people and the environment. He is very social by nature from his childhood, he has participated many social events while he was in Bharat Scouts and Guide and NCC. He took NGO services out of his passion. While he is in the service he manages to take out his valuable time on holidays to serve society. He is very fond of learning various languages and knows various Indian languages. He is associated with developing various professional who are also very successful in their career.

Jyoti is one of our senior members. She has done M.A & M.Sc in computer science and amassed a great amount of knowledge and experience to deal with children while from last 10 years she is working as a Computer Teacher. she brings with her many years of experience and knowledge. From last many years she is serving poor children and teaching them without fee. And she has worked as volunteer with local social organisation in the past. Jyoti plays a large part in helping shape of poor children at Parivartan Sandesh Foundation.

Pradeep is a graduated with a Bsc degree from Delhi University. He also holds a diploma level qualification for printing & publishing. From 2006 he is working with APTARA and handling process of publishing media. Because of his desire to overcome social disorders, he used to be involved in every social drive conduct by the collage. To fulfil his craving to support the underprivileged from last three years he is a active member of Inderdhanush Project work for health & survival

Nisha is an experienced hand at nonprofit, she is having interest in education, health, livelihood and capacity building.She brings her positive energy and attitude to our operations, CSR, fundraising, marketing, PR and donor service. She associated with us from last 6 years, earlier she worked with civil societies like Save The Children and Cuddles Foundation. She brings her rich knowledge and experience to optimize our financial operations so that we deliver maximum impact to children and value to our donors. Overseeing expansion, Nisha is helping us take our services to the most needy areas across the country while keeping a check on the wellbeing of our programs. In PSF, she launched two campaigns Padne Dein aur Badne Dein and My Daughter My Pride.She is having soft corner for underprivileged, deprived and marginalized population of our society.

Sanjay Choudhary Founder and Managing Director of Beats, Light & Sound Pvt. Ltd is an Advisory Committee Member and part-time resource person with work experience of over 14 years in the public dealing. He possesses exceptional leadership qualities and has the resources to motivate and mobilize people over an issue and plan to execute training programs with special emphasis on women empowerment. Parivartan Sandesh Foundation has immensely benefited from his many contributions to address social issue. In this direction, he has been handling multiple areas related to public affairs, management and emergency relief activities.

Kiran Gupta ( M.Com, M.Ed) having 20 year experience in educational field. My philosophy for learning is that each child is unique, and each child learns in a different way. One of my jobs as a teacher is to help the children to discover their individuality and work alongside with them to maximize it. I believe in hands-on experiences, learning creatively. Since I was in college, I used to work as a volunteer with NSS, NCC and different educational institutes to help the needy students. To fulfill my aim in extended way, I have joined Parivartan Sandesh Foundation.
