Tejasav is 14 months old son of Mr. Brijesh Kumar R/o 656 / 1A, Gali No-3, Punjabi Bagh, Anand Parvat, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110060. Brijesh is daily wages tailor at a ladies purse manufacturing unit at Karol Bagh and earns about Rs. 7000/- to 8000/- in a month. His wife is a housewife and Tejasav is their only son.
By birth Tejasav is suffering from multiple Congenital Heart Defects and under treatment at G.B Pant Hospital, New Delhi. He has to go through by two heart surgeries and the cost of treatment is 170,000 (ASD device rs. 1, 00,000/-, PDA device rs. 54,500/- & approx 15,500 Additional expenses)
It is next to impossible for brijesh to manage treatment expenses and he requests to PSF to manage the fund.
