Rehmat 13 years old, is daughter of Md. Aasmohumad R/o H No- 461/1, Sarai Khwaza, Amar Nagar, Faridabad, Haryana- 121003 , he maintain a rented shop to repair Gas Stoves and pressure cooker and earn Approx Rs 8000 monthly. They are 5 members in the family including Parents and 3 daughters and lived in a rented house Rehmat has 2 elder sisters both had left out studies due to poor financial condition.
From Last 3 years Rehmat usually get sick and remain unhealthy. Initially her parents get medicine from local doctor and she get temporary relief. But from last six months her condition gets unstable regularly and the local doctor advised to visit G.B Pant and take advice of heart specialist. After sequential tests doctor diagnosed that her both valve are weak to perform complete and she has to undergo valve replacement surgery at G.B Pant Hospital, New Delhi. Total treatment cost of surgery is Rs 1, 35, 000 (Rs 50,000 for one valve, Rs 50,000 for second valve as per hospital estimate and Rs. 35000 for supportive care after surgery)
